Our Story
Succession Planning for Railroads Investing in the Next Generation (SPRING) LLC was created to fix a problem. From short lines, contractors, to class I's and shippers, we have heard time and time again, "Man why doesn't anyone want to work here anymore?"
To us, this statement seems nuts, because once we start talking about rail opportunities, whether that's on a train or a plane or a bus or at the grocery store, people's eyes light up. We have a great story to tell however, no one knows our industry exists. So why would anyone apply to rail industry jobs if they don't know we're (rail industry employers nationwide) in their backyard as a possible career option?
This is where we come in.
Instead of sticking our heads in the sand and ignoring the issue, we offer solutions to fix that and help rail related companies great their brands to candidate markets near and wide where they may not have been before - more veteran communities, more tech schools, more eager applicants. We view each client relationship as a partnership and we will help you, advise you, and become a part of your recruiting team to exact our goals together.
